Tigard Community Emergency Response Team

Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Members are volunteers who train to assist their family and others in their neighborhood or workplace following an event when professional responders are not immediately available to help. CERTs are trained in Fire Safety, Hazardous Material and Terrorist Incidents, Disaster Medical Operations, and Search and Rescue.
