Trimetys started its activities in 1998 with real estate projects, particularly in the north of Mauritius. Since these last 10 years, the company is particularly active in the West region with several projects completed, including buildings residential buildings, a shopping centre, a sports club and a school. By also bringing together agri-food activities, Trimetys has today evolved into a multipolar group employing nearly 400 employees. Sakoa, Tekoma, Be Cosy, Riverland, Immobilier.mu, Les Terrasses du Barachois, La Place Cap Tamarin, Cap Tamarin and Mourouk Ebony Hotel are among the recognized brands of the group.
