Trio Healthcare was formed in 2016. Our vision – to become a trusted and respected provider of post-acute healthcare and senior care services. Our mission is simple: “To make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve by providing competent, compassionate and outcome-oriented care – every day.” Trio currently operates 13 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and assisted living facilities located throughout the state of Virginia.
