TriState CareFlight started in 2002 in Bullhead City, Arizona and is now in four states.Air Ambulance Company in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Nevada with over 16 bases. TriState CareFlight operates both rotor wing aircrafts and fixed wing aircrafts.
