We provide a web-based & application service that allows administration and office staff to coordinate with drivers to keep all truck qualification files and driver qualification files up to date. This program allows admins to upload insurance documents, cab card certificates, inspections, official accident reports, motor vehicle records, and all the necessary documents needed to maintain accurate truck and driver qualification files. Our application allows for drivers to fill out of DVIR, Truck Maintenance Reports, and Driver’s Daily/Monthly Log on their smart phone or tablet. With the use of the camera feature and electronic delivery, the application allows drivers to upload Citations & Roadside Inspections, Proof of Burden Receipts, & Fuel Receipts. If a driver is involved in an accident, the use of camera feature upload also allows for drivers to document photos from the accident.
