Turkish Aeronautical Association

Founded under the name Turkish Aeroplane Society on February 16, 1925, under the directives of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, it gained the status of a Public Benefit Society with the decision of the Council of Ministers in the same year. In 1935, a subsequent decision granted it the name Turkish Aeronautical Association.
