About Us The two countries, Turkey and Pakistan, are represented in this joint venture by three leading organizations. Government of Pakistan is represented by NESPAK, the largest engineering consultancy firm of Pakistan while Government of Turkey is represented by two companies TUMAS and TUSTAS. TUMAS, or Turkish Engineering Consulting Company, was established in 1969 and has emerged as a leader in the development of engineering services in Turkey. Today, it is the biggest engineering firm in the country, staffed by qualified and experienced professionals.
