We are a union – an independent organization created by employees to advocate for our common interests as well as those of all workers. We are several thousand Union Plumbers, Pipefitters and HVAC/R Service Technicians committed to their communities and excellence at the worksite in Silicon Valley. We believe that skilled construction and service workers work best when we have a strong voice in decision-making. We stand together to make sure that our pay and benefits allow every employee’s family to live with dignity, and to ensure that construction in our community supports all working families.
