Urban Development Corporation

The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is an agency of the Government of Jamaica established in 1968 to lead strategic and sustainable development of real estate. It is a group of companies with subsidiaries that include the St. Ann Development Company, Caymanas Development Company, Runaway Bay Water Company and the Ocho Rios Commercial Centre. Attractions managed include Dunn's River Falls, Laughing Waters/Pearly Beach, Green Grotto Caves, Walter Fletcher Beach, Reach Falls, Long Bay Beach, Turtle River Park and Ocho Rios Bay Beach.
