UFS Healthcare Ltd is a mutual organisation owned entirely by our members - not by shareholders or private investors. Any profits generated are reinvested in the business, and are used to improve services for our members, offer member discounts, invest in our people and support the local communities in which we operate, through our sponsorship and donations program. UFS currently operates: - 19 UFS pharmacies in the western region of Victoria, encompassing Ballarat, Beaufort, Gisborne, Ballan, Bacchus Marsh and Melton. - four medical centres in Ballarat -one UFS Eye Care site - Ballarat's Medicare Urgent Care Clinic. UFS currently employs over 500 full-time, part-time and casual staff and is known as an employer of choice.
