The College of Public Health, University of the Philippines Manila, is the national and regional center for education and research in public health, hospital administration, environmental and occupational health, designated by the Tropical Medicine and Public Health Network of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization. Founded in 1927 as the School of Sanitation and Public Health, it continues to evolve as a dynamic institution molding current and future public health leaders in the country, in the Southeast Asian region, and beyond.
