Our operations are distributed throughout the entire country. We are an innovative, committed, and passionate team that makes all our operations possible. Continuous improvement, long-term vision, and sustainability permeate all our actoins. In Fray Bentos and Paso de los Toros cities, we operate two of the most modern and efficient pulp mills in the world. Our forestry operations require intense long-term planning and continuous investment in research and development. In Uruguay, we have UPM's first Forestry Research Center in the world, and three state-of-the-art nurseries located in Paysandú, Guichón, and Sarandí del Yí communities. Our logistics include road, rail, sea, and river transport, making it a competitive and flexible multimodal platform. The pulp terminal located in the port of Montevideo, connected to the Central Railroad, creates an efficient supply chain to global markets. Through the UPM Foundation, we seek to be an enabler that contributes to the long-term strengthening of communities. To achieve this, we promote projects and offer educational training scholarships in the interior of the country. Together, we create a Future Beyond Fossils.
