The Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office (VGSO) is the primary source of legal advice to the Victorian State Government and its departments and statutory agencies. The role of the VGSO is to manage the whole of Government legal risk, to help clarify and articulate legal issues and to provide high level advice to Ministers, Government Departments & Agencies.
