Founded by Sam Soni and supported by Clearlake Capital, the company leverages a mix of technology, personalized service, data and experiential packages that bundle ticketing, hospitality and travel. In a September 2022 strategic acquisition, Victory Live acquired and integrated industry frontrunners Ticket Evolution, DTI Management and 1Ticket to provide an end-to-end solution for sellers of live event tickets.
