Virginia Beach EMS

Virginia Beach EMS (VBEMS) is a department of the Virginia Beach city government. VBEMS is responsible for ensuring that quality prehospital patient care is provided throughout the city by the emergency response system. This includes utilizing professional career EMS employees and dedicated VB Rescue volunteers.
