In 2024, Italcanditi integrated its knowhow with CSM Ingredients’ capabilities in the Fruit and Water-Based Preparations field by launching Vitalfood, a new pan-European player with a total production capacity of 150kT/year ensured by the two production facilities in Pedrengo (Italy) and Goes (Netherlands). Vitalfood is poised to become a reliable partner for Bakery and Fine Pastry, Dairy and Non-Dairy, Gelato and Ice Cream companies, thanks to its agility, international presence, supply capacity, innovation skills and wide range of solutions.
