“We have been transforming the lives of our Members and Families for 30 years and counting” We are a not-for-profit charitable agency encompassing two organizations; Vita Community Living Services and Mens Sana Families For Mental Health, together [WE ARE VITA]. We provide specialized services to help and support adults with developmental disabilities, dual diagnosis, and chronic mental illness to live life to fullest in our community. We blend the strengths and expertise of both organizations to deliver Member-focused services and innovative practices that optimize personal growth and independence and contribute to advancing the sectors we work within.
