Vivenda Group

Vivenda finances the conservative restoration of artworks, historical monuments, and private buildings thanks to contributions from sponsoring companies. The Vivenda Group is currently the only one in Italy that offers both restoration services through its in-house construction company, "Vivenda Immobiliare Srl," and the procurement of financial resources through the sale of advertising spaces on scaffolding via its advertising agency, "Vivenda Srl." It provides funding to public and private entities, religious organizations, condominiums, foundations, and real estate funds, enabling the coverage of restoration costs while obtaining exclusive rights to advertise on the external surfaces of the scaffolding. Vivenda handles the entire bureaucratic process required to obtain permits for advertising displays. It independently manages the organization and technical setup of the advertising installations.
