It is a 50:50 Joint Venture between two of the most renowned private players in India -- Voltas Ltd., part of the Tata Group, and one of the world's leading engineering solutions providers; and Dow Chemical, a leader in speciality chemicals and other businesses, and one that is driving innovations that extract value from the intersection of chemical, physical and biological sciences to help address many of the world's most challenging problems.
