WayOut Kids Inc. is on the cusp of producing and distributing Rodney Raccoon, one of the first animated series to come out of Washington State. WayOut Kids has created animated shorts, CDs, DVDs, hosted community events, back to school drives, holiday gift giveaways and more all centered around the character.
