Who We Are: Westside Family Health Center (WFHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) serving over 12,300 patients from 190 zip codes across Los Angeles County every year. Our Mission: to provide comprehensive, high-quality, cost-effective healthcare in an educational and supportive environment that empowers patients to take an assertive role in caring for their well-being through all stages of life. Services We Provide: Because language should never be a barrier to care, WFHC provides interpretation services both onsite and remotely as well as Spanish-language tech support for patients accessing telehealth services and employs team members organization-wide who are bilingual in English and Spanish. Our core programs include: • Family Practice, including immunizations and chronic care management • Prenatal (Blooming Babies) • Pediatrics (Strong Start) • Reproductive Health Services • Community Outreach and Education • Mental Health Counseling • Oral Health Who We Serve: WFHC serves all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. With 37% of patients uninsured and 98% living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line, WFHC provides a critical access point for health equity in Los Angeles.
