WAT is the first military university to launch a Doctoral School. It also provides postgraduate and MBA studies. Thanks to the exceptional scientific and didactic staff as well as prospective specializations, the University educates highly qualified specialists, who are valued on the labor market. WAT is also a teaching, research, and expert base for the Ministry of National Defense. WAT is a center for advanced scientific research and a place where innovative solutions and new technologies used in industry, medicine, and defense are created. The University belongs to the Space Technology Cluster and is a leader of the PIAST (Polish ImAging SaTellites) project of space nanosatellites.
