Women still make up less than 30% of all STEM related jobs, and AI exploration has felt no different with only a third of women experimenting with AI in their lives, compared to more than half of men. The truth is that people in underrepresented groups, like women, are often disenfranchised and devalued during moments of economic and societal transition like this — but it doesn't have to be that way.
