Organizations across the board thrive when youth participants and employees alike have access to information-sharing spaces that prioritize meaningfulness, accessibility, and emotional literacy development. Working On It prides itself on creating these spaces during and as a result of its two primary services: • Designing and facilitating creative writing and arts workshops that support the 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙮 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 of youth participants. • 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 services dedicated to the improvement of your organization's training practices, activity design, and event coordination.
