Yakama Nation Farms is new tribal agricultural enterprise owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation. Established To: -Foster the development of the Yakama Nation's agricultural resources and capacity. -Promote the economic vitality of the Yakama Nation. -Protect the health and welfare of Yakama Tribal Members and their families. -Provide employment and training opportunities for Yakama Tribal Members -Support the sovereign rights, privileges, and benefits guaranteed to the Yakama Nation and its Members by the Treaty of 1855.
