Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) is a revolutionary form of energy "medicine". It is an ancient science and art that has been revived in a new form which is easily adaptable and in tune with modern day busy life. The air around us contains special life force that keep us alive. This life force is also known as "prana" (Ruah or "Breath of Life") YPV practice is a technique of balancing and healing the energy or the bio-plasmic body (or the pranamaya kosha) and through that, healing the physical body. This technique of healing involves channeling of energy from healer to the patient. The healers absorb the energy that exists in the nature in the form of Sun, Air, Earth, Water, Trees and Food and focus that energy towards the affected area of the patient. The healing practices focus on healing the affected areas through the energy chakrams and meridians in the body. These chakrams & meridian system work as the source of energy inflow and outflow in the human body, and healing them results in healing of the ailments. Sri YPV Ashram, spread across 12 acres of land breathes a tranquil spiritual energy and is home for Arhat Yoga Practioners. Being in ashram is like being in oneness with nature. The Ashram comprises of a Ganesha Temple, Buddha Statue, Vat Vriksh with a Krishna statue, a Lotus pool, two magnificent Meditation halls, a special healing room and residential arrangements for the visiting Arhat yoga practitioners.
