About Founder Ijaz Khan, Founder & Chairman of Youth Organization Pakistan (YOP), is committed to empowering 64% of Pakistan’s youth through leadership, innovation, and community engagement. He holds a degree in International Relations, specializing in diplomacy, leadership, peacebuilding and global Politics. As Pakistan’s first Youth Representative, he has led over 500 programs, events, and social campaigns, setting new benchmarks in youth engagement. Recognized by political leaders, media, and institutions, he actively contributes to global diplomacy and has been featured on PTV News, HUM TV, Pashto TV, and major radio stations etc. YOP Vision Youth Organization Pakistan (YOP) is a leading research-based think tank, youth organization, and volunteer network committed to empowering young people and driving national development. Established on March 23, 2021, YOP has grown into Pakistan’s largest youth platform, with over 15,000+ active members and a track record of more than 500 successful events, conferences, and social campaigns. Our mission is to foster leadership, promote sustainable development, and strengthen national unity while building global partnerships.
