The Zaremba Management Company (ZMC) was formed in 1987 by Timothy Zaremba primarily to manage real estate properties owned or partially owned by the Zaremba Family in Cleveland, Ohio. Today, ZMC manages over 4,800 apartment units and 250,000 s.f. of office space across Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Alabama and Virginia!
