Zimmerman Associates Inc. (ZAI) is located in Fairfax, VA. We are a Records and Information Management company operating business processing centers, records centers, libraries, and program management offices, and implementing the information technology (IT) solutions to run them efficiently. We provide program management and engineering services to DoD entities. ZAI is ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified and has been appraised at CMMI Level 3 by an SEI-authorized Lead Appraiser.
